Transformational coaching which helped me realise and prioritise my families needs. I thought I needed support with boundaries for my son, but was awoken to the fact I needed to work on my relationship with my partner first. The hardest to realise and uncover but the most important. Sam supported me to work through all the areas in family life through the wheel of family life which I had never given much value before but this really helps. Sam skillfully questioned and mirrored my responses to help me see what I was saying. We are now opening talking to each other and working as a team which is getting there....
